Over spring/summer 2017, the project for Attest was focused on developing a clear value proposition and commercial offering for marketing and media clients, then putting this into practice to prove the revenue potential of this client base. This involved feedback sessions with potential clients and product development suggestions. Now in Autumn 2017 agencies and marketers are providing strong revenue growth for Attest and a nomination for Product Business start-up of the year.
In October and November 2017 the project for Treatwell is focused on mapping the full customer experience beyond their current beauty bookings product. The goal is to develop a plan of action with senior stakeholders to create the perfect customer experience and a KPI, which this can be measured by. This project will involve company-wide interviews, as well as qualitative consumer research culminating in a facilitated workshop for company senior management.
The Department is a cutting edge immersive agency that needed help with a pitch to large blue chip global client and assistance in delivering a new type of innovation programme. During the summer The Big Thinks brought specialist insight into the client's market and business, as well as experience in innovation programme creation.
